Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours before it is dispatched to you, you can do so by contacting our customer care support team via WhatsApp/call at 80036632 or by email at info@altannaf.com. In such cases, you will be fully refunded.

However, if you decide to cancel your order 3-4 hours before it is dispatched to you, only the transportation cost will be deducted from your refund, unless you have scheduled a pick-up in-store.

Returns and Refunds

Please find below the conditions for rejecting and returning each product we offer.

Grass and Forage - Conditions for Return/Rejection:

  • If any of these items have fungus.
  • If any of these items have excessive powder.

Please note that you have a maximum of 3 days to return any of the products ordered. Within these 3 days, our sales representative will inspect and approve the returned/rejected items for a refund, if qualified. Note that if the order was delivered by Al Tannaf, the transportation cost will not be refunded.

Compound Feed - Conditions for Return/Rejection:

  • If the product delivered is different from the product ordered.
  • If there is fungus.
  • If there is a foul smell.
  • If the bag seal has been broken.
  • Please note that you have a maximum of 7 days to return any of the products ordered. Within these 7 days, our sales representative will inspect and approve the returned/rejected items for a refund, if qualified. Note that if the order was delivered by Al Tannaf, the transportation cost will not be refunded.

    If you qualify for a refund (based on any of the conditions mentioned above), we will process your refund promptly. Please be aware that for 'Credit Card' or 'Debit Card' orders, it may take up to 10 days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your card and authorizing bank.
